How It Started

I'm Leanne, founder and creative director of Leanne Digital. With over 10 years of experience in branding, web design, and digital marketing, I've worked in both agency and in house environments before launching the studio in 2023.

I built Leanne Digital because I wanted to bring together the two things I care about most in this work: beautiful design and real strategy. A brand should look good, but it also needs to help people understand who you are, trust what you do, and choose you.

That's why our work connects brand clarity, website design, SEO, paid ads, and digital strategy. We create brands and websites that feel professional, tell the right story, and help businesses get seen online.

As a proud member of Peguis First Nation and an Indigenous woman in tech, I'm especially passionate about supporting Indigenous-owned businesses and organizations. My goal is to create marketing and visual systems that honour culture, community, and story while helping businesses grow with confidence.

Leanne leads brand strategy, creative direction, and digital marketing at Leanne Digital, bringing over a decade of experience in branding, web design, user experience, and online growth strategy. She takes a strategy first approach to building brands and websites that are clear, high performing, and aligned with measurable business goals.

A proud member of Peguis First Nation, Leanne leads an Indigenous owned agency verified through the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, delivering work that honours culture while driving modern, competitive growth.

Gary Burns

CTO, Web and Technology Expert

Gary leads all development and technical strategy at Leanne Digital and brings broad expertise across web technologies. He works across WordPress and other web platforms and has strong knowledge of website performance, security, SEO, DNS management, and Google Ads, with additional experience supporting Amazon systems. Gary focuses on building reliable, scalable websites and digital solutions.

Gary is part of the Mohawk tribe, and his family comes from Kahnawake near Montreal.
